Working closely with an operating retail business reveals that marketing doesn't exist separately from the business—it functions as a continuous system connecting the product to the customer.
Working in marketing taught me that marketing is rarely just a marketing problem. Behind content, campaigns and social media are questions about customers, positioning, value, systems and the business itself.
I don't see building a business as simply starting a company. I see it as identifying a real problem, understanding the opportunity, creating value, and building the systems needed to turn that value into something sustainable.
I'm exploring how AI can help businesses with marketing, creative work, automation and workflows—and what I've learned from experimenting with it.
