An ongoing early-stage technology initiative focusing on IT team leadership, website project management, and SaaS product exploration.

Individual Role: IT Team Lead & Project Manager

Overview

DP AI Labs is an early-stage technology initiative within my current professional environment, where I work across technology, project management and team coordination. My role combines IT team leadership with project management, with the team working on website projects while also exploring SaaS and digital product opportunities. The work represents a further step in my transition from primarily working in marketing toward combining marketing, technology, AI and business systems.

The Opportunity

As my interests expanded beyond marketing, I became increasingly interested in how technology could be used to build actual digital products and systems. DP AI Labs provides an environment to explore that transition through:

Ideas → Technology → Projects → Teams → Systems

Rather than treating technology as a separate technical function, the focus is on understanding how digital products and systems can solve practical business problems.

My Role

Role: IT Team Lead & Project Manager

My current responsibilities include:

  • Leading the IT team
  • Coordinating team members
  • Managing project execution
  • Planning and organizing website projects
  • Coordinating development work
  • Tracking project progress
  • Communicating requirements
  • Helping translate ideas into digital projects
  • Exploring SaaS and digital product opportunities
  • Supporting the development of internal processes

Building the Team

One of the interesting aspects of DP AI Labs is that the team itself is being developed alongside the projects. The team includes interns and is still in an early stage. This means part of my responsibility isn't simply managing existing processes — it also involves helping establish:

Website Projects

One of the current areas of work is website development. The projects involve coordinating the process from requirements and planning through execution. My involvement is primarily focused on: Requirements → Planning → Team Coordination → Execution → Review Rather than positioning myself as the sole developer, my role is to lead and coordinate the technical/project side.

SaaS & Digital Product Exploration

DP AI Labs is also exploring SaaS and digital product ideas. At this stage, these should be described as exploration and ongoing work, rather than completed products. The process involves thinking about: • Problems worth solving • Product opportunities • Digital workflows • Technology requirements • Business models • Product feasibility This is helping me understand the connection between: Problem → Product → Technology → Business

Project Management

Working across multiple technology projects has expanded my understanding of project management. My focus includes:

Current Status

What I'm Learning

DP AI Labs is teaching me that building technology isn't only about writing code. It involves:

Problem → Requirements → People → Technology → Execution → Testing → Iteration

A good idea still needs a team, structure and execution system around it. This is strengthening my interest in becoming someone who can operate across business, technology and execution, rather than staying inside a single discipline.

The work is currently focused on building the team, coordinating technology projects and exploring opportunities for digital products.
